LUKE SELBY GUEST CHEF TAKEOVER

Luke Selby, former head chef at Dabbous and Hide, took over the 5th floor Living Room & Den along with his two brothers. Luke brought his infamous roasted native lobster, fennel and smoked butter sauce with tempura claw and ponzu, served for the first time since receiving a coveted 10/10 during his time on Great British Menu.
